Rachel Lavern LLC may offer AI operations consulting, business strategy support, digital resources, workshops, training programs, memberships, educational materials, templates, newsletters, custom digital analyses, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the websites or services at any time without notice.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount.

Refunds for specific offers may be governed by the sales page, checkout page, proposal, order form, or a separate service agreement for that offer.

For custom digital consulting offers such as The Running Cost, The Excavation, and similar offers, all sales are final and non-refundable once you submit your intake and work begins. These offers are custom, done-for-you digital analyses that require significant consultant time and expertise.

If you believe Rachel Lavern LLC did not deliver what was described on the applicable sales page, such as failure to provide a written analysis or omission of key promised elements, you must contact solutions@rachellavern.com within 7 days of delivery. Rachel Lavern LLC will review the request and may, in its sole discretion, offer a revision or partial credit.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of implementation, dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond the scope of the analysis, or issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided in the intake process. Findings, recommendations, and calculations are based on the information you submit.

In the case of duplicate charges or clear billing errors, Rachel Lavern LLC will promptly investigate and correct the issue, which may include issuing a refund to your original payment method.

By purchasing The Running Cost, The Excavation, or any related digital consulting offer, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Rachel Lavern LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to a paid service, membership, or program if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not completed according to the agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

All content made available through the websites or services, including without limitation text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, downloads, templates, frameworks, slides, training materials, program content, systems, methodologies, analyses, and deliverables, is owned by or licensed to Rachel Lavern LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
